- March 12 – Ten people riding the Texas Tornado at Six Flags Over Texas suffer minor injuries when the ride is brought to an abrupt stop and several swing seats collide with each other. Five people were sent to the hospital after complaints of back pain, and the others were treated at the on-site first aid station.
