- April 27 – EPR Properties announce that Six Flags has taken over park operations of Waterworld California from Premier Parks, LLC. This was a property that Six Flags formerly owned before the January 2007 property sell-off. The water park reopened as Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord in 2018.
