The physical cards for the three older tiers of Annual Membership (Aug. 2022)
The Annual Membership, now commonly referred to as just the Season Pass, is a 3-tier system of 12-month season passes that replaced an existing 3-tier system and the short-lived Annual Pass before that. This system was introduced in August 2024 and is somewhat similar to the older Legacy Memberships that were phased out after the pandemic. The prices for these Annual Memberships vary from park-to-park and can be purchased through a single upfront annual payment, or a smaller initial payment, followed by monthly installments. They are available for sale year-round, though Six Flags typically holds discounted season pass sales around Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.
3-tier system (2024-present)[]
Following the merger of the Six Flags Entertainment Corporation with Cedar Fair, the new combined company kept the Six Flags name, but adopted Cedar Fair's simpler membership system. The Gold and Prestige tiers were the first to become available in August 2024 and are eligible for the All Park Passport add-on.[1] A cheaper, but more limited Silver tier was added later in the fall. As of November 12, 2024, these are the benefits for the three types of passes:[2]
Silver Pass[]

The Silver Pass tier was introduced as a new entry-level option that replaces the previous Gold Pass. It includes unlimited admission to the home park where the membership was bought at with general parking. This Silver tier also features 10% discounts on food and shopping. However, water park access is not included and blockout dates apply during days of peak park attendance (typically Saturdays or holidays). This tier is only available as an upfront annual purchase and is not available for monthly payments. It is not eligible for the All Park Passport add-on.
Gold Pass[]

The Gold Pass tier was retained as the popular "best value" option and incorporates some features of the previous Platinum Pass. It includes unlimited admission (with no blockout dates) to the home park (and associated water park) where the membership was bought at with general parking. This Gold tier also features 10% discounts on food and shopping. It is eligible for the All Park Passport add-on to get admission and parking at all legacy Six Flags and Cedar Fair parks in North America.
Prestige Pass[]

The previous Platinum and Diamond Pass tiers were retired in favor of a single "Prestige" Pass tier with premium benefits. It includes unlimited admission to the home park (and associated water park) where the membership was bought at with preferred parking. These pass holders are granted VIP admission to enter the park before general admission at opening time. However, it does not include admission to parks outside the home park's geographic area, which now requires an All Park Passport add-on. The Prestige Pass also includes 2 free Bring-a-Friend tickets for the year, access to mazes at Fright Fest events, and 1 skip-the-line pass per visit. This Prestige tier also features 15% discounts on food and shopping, but Season Drink Bottles are no longer included.
3-tier system (2022-2024)[]
The Annual Membership system before the Cedar Fair merger was introduced in August 2022 in three tiers: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Unlike Legacy Memberships that were phased out after the pandemic, they did not have designs on the physical cards and instead used the regular variant of the season pass. Changes were made to the passes in October 2022, and dropped the "Thrill Seeker" nomenclature. Until they were discontinued in August 2024, these were the benefits for the three types of passes:[3]
Gold Pass[]

Gold Pass card (Aug. 2022)
The Gold Pass tier was the lowest tier of Annual Memberships. It included unlimited admission to the home park where the membership was bought at with general parking. This did not include admission to any other park (such as Hurricane Harbor water parks in the same area). This Gold tier also featured 5% discounts on food and shopping, respectively.
This pass type was similar to the lowest tier of Legacy Memberships, the Gold Plus tier, and was also similar to the highest tier of pre-2022 Season Passes, the Gold tier.
Platinum Pass[]

Platinum Pass card (Aug. 2022)
The Platinum Pass tier was the mid-tier of Annual Memberships. It included unlimited admission to all Six Flags theme/water parks within the same area with general parking. It also featured 15% discounts on food and shopping, respectively. The pass was valid throughout the entire year and included 1 single use, skip-the-line pass and 2 specialty rate tickets.
This pass type was similar to the 2nd lowest tier of Legacy Memberships, the Platinum tier.
Diamond Pass[]

Diamond Pass card (Aug. 2022)
The Diamond Pass tier was the highest tier of Annual Memberships. For admissions, this pass offered unlimited admission to all Six Flags theme parks and preferred parking (front gate parking at certain parks). These pass holders were granted VIP admission to enter the park before general admission at opening time. It also included speciality rates for 5 bring-a-friend/family tickets with 20% discounts on both food and shopping. In addition, four skip-the-line passes are included per season. Amenities that other passes did not have were free Season Drink Bottles and 50% off on Season Flash Passes and Cabanas on the weekdays.
This pass type was similar to the three mid-to-highest tiers of Legacy Memberships: the Diamond, Diamond Elite, and Diamond VIP tiers.
