Big Easy Speedway is an extra-charge go-karts attraction located in the Mardi Gras section of Six Flags America. It opened with its current theme in 2014.

It originally opened in 1996 as, when the park was known as "Adventure World", and was known as Sahara Speedway until 2003. Then from 2004 to 2013 it was renamed Sonora Speedway.

1996-2003: Sahara Speedway

In 1996, the Sahara Speedway opened in Southwest Territory.

2004-2013: Sonora Speedway

In 2004, the Sahara Speedway was renamed the "Sonora Speedway".

2014-present: Big Easy Speedway

In 2014, the Southwest Territory area was rethemed into the all-new Mardi Gras.
