Buccaneer (Six Flags Magic Mountain)

Buccaneer is a swinging ship ride at Six Flags Magic Mountain, located across from Goliath Plaza.

History[]

This attraction was manufactured by Intamin and opened in 1980, on part of the former site of Galaxy.

Buccaneer was featured in the Kidsongs video "Ride the Roller Coaster," which was filmed at Six Flags Magic Mountain. In the opening sequence, She'Vaughn wants to ride "the Buccaneer pirate ship," and the ride is heavily featured in the "A Pirate's Life" song sequence.
