Camp Bus was a flat ride at the Camp Snoopy area of Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, California.
History[]
The ride was manufactured by Zamperla and opened at the park in May 1993 to celebrate Camp Snoopy's 10th anniversary.[1][2]
Camp Bus and the neighboring Timberline Twister last operated in July 2023 before being walled off and removed during renovations for the 40th anniversary of the Camp Snoopy area.[3][4] Snoopy's Tenderpaw Twister Coaster opened in 2024 on their former sites.[5]
Design[]
Vehicle[]
The bus-themed vehicle was based on Zamperla's Crazy Bus model. It featured 6 rows of bench seats with space for up to 4 persons in each row, for a total of up to 24 riders. Riders were required to be at least 36 inches tall to ride alone.[6]
