Catapult was a "Sky Swat" ride at Six Flags New England, located in the North End section of the park. It opened in 2006, after being relocated from Six Flags AstroWorld where the ride operated as Swat. Catapult was closed after the 2013 season.

History

Catapult opened at the park in 2006, after being removed from the closed Six Flags AstroWorld, where it was known as SWAT. From 2006 to 2007 it was essentially closed all the time, and would operate sporadically. At the end of 2007, the park announced that it would be removed for the 2008 season. However plans changed, and Six Flags decided to fully refurbish the ride and fix an issue with the restraints. In 2008, it reopened and it was open more often.

In late 2013 during the park's off-season, Catapult was fully removed.
