Character Carousel is a junior carousel located in the Planet Snoopy children's area of Kings Island. It is loosely themed after the Peanuts comic franchise, with an entrance sign that features Snoopy and his past and present owners, Lila and Charlie Brown. The ride also plays Vince Guaraldi's "Linus and Lucy" when in motion.

History

The carousel was originally opened as the Hanna-Barbera Carousel for the 1982 season and then was re-themed to the Nick-O-Round in 2006. It was rethemed to the "Character Carousel" with the opening of the Planet Snoopy area for the 2010 season.
