The Charlie Brown's Kite Flyer is a spinning flat ride at the Camp Snoopy area of Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, California. It is themed after Charlie Brown and the Kite-Eating Tree from the Peanuts comic series.
History[]
The ride was manufactured by Zamperla and was added in 2014 as part of a makeover of the Camp Snoopy area to celebrate its 30th anniversary. It replaced the Snoopy Bounce house.[1][2] Though the official grand opening of the renovated area was on June 14th of that year, the new rides had already soft-opened earlier in the week.[3]
Seating[]
The ride features 16 tandem seats, which can each seat two individuals for a total of up to 32 riders. Guests must be at least 36 inches tall to ride alone.
