Chop Six is an Asian Cuisine restaurant chain exclusive to Six Flags Theme Parks. It debuted in 2015 at Six Flags Great America, and has since been rolled out to most Six Flags parks as a replacement for their former Panda Express restaurants.
After the initial test at Great America, the first wave of Panda Express replacements came in 2016 with Six Flags Magic Mountain, Six Flags America, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, followed by the second wave three years later in 2019 with Six Flags St. Louis, Six Flags New England, Six Flags Over Texas, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
