The Coastal section is a area themed to the coasts of Georgia at Six Flags Over Texas. It opened on May 25, 2018, along with Twisted Cyclone.

History

On July 17, 2017, Six Flags Over Georgia announced that the park's iconic Georgia Cyclone wooden roller coaster would permanently close on July 30.

On May 25, 2018, Twisted Cyclone opened along with the new Coastal section of the park.
