Fantasy Forest is a forest-themed land at Six Flags Great Adventure. It was established in 1992, in an area of the park that was previously only known as the Enchanted Forest. The most well-known piece of Fantasy Forest is the Yum Yum Café, but the area also contains Houdini's Great Escape, the Patrina Williams Carousel, and the Enchanted Teacups.
1992: Fantasy Forest is established, creating a cohesively themed land from a former area of the Enchanted Forest. Paul Revere's Hats receives a new, updated sign featuring Paul Revere on a horse, reminiscent of his midnight ride through Boston.
1997: Cookie Shoppe is replaced by Jersey Shore Candies. Bic becomes the sponsor of Flying Wave.
2004: Jumpin' Jack Flash is removed by the beginning of the season.
2005: Chaos is removed in the 2005/2006 off-season.
2010: Jersey Shore Candies closes at the end of the season.
2012: Fantasy Forest is downsized as the east portion of the land is turned into Adventure Alley. The Big Wheel becomes part of Adventure Alley, and several new rides were introduced in it.
