Fright Fest 1998 was the 11th annual Fright Fest at Six Flags Over Texas. It ran on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from October 9 through November 1, 1998.

Hours on Sundays were adjusted by a lot from 1997. The park's opening was pushed back from 10 to 11 a.m. in the mornings and its closing was cut from 10 p.m. to 7 p.m., a whole three hours earlier.

- Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Sundays: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Monday, October 12: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
