Hometown Square is an area of California's Great America. Originally one of the five themed areas when the park opened on March 20, 1976, the area was partially separated and turned into Carousel Plaza in 1988. By 2003, Hometown Square was fully annexed into the area, now named Celebration Plaza. In 2021, Celebration Plaza and Hometown Square were re-separated.
