Kid Flash: Cosmic Coaster is a Skyline Attractions racing single-rail roller coaster at Six Flags Over Georgia. The ride was revealed in an official press release on March 1, 2023 and opened on November 5, 2023 where The Joker: Chaos Coaster was standing before its closure. It is among the first single-rail racing roller coasters in the world for families.[1]

History[]

The ride was announced in a Six Flags 2023 New Attractions press release on March 1, 2023, and features a single-rail track with LED lights and is one of the first of its kinds in the world.[2] It replaced The Joker: Chaos Coaster as a result of the ride's retirement according to a Facebook comment.[3] The ride was initally set to open in the summer of 2023 but due to the amount of delays with maufacturing and speculations of choosing Six Flags Fiesta Texas to build theirs first, it is was expected to open sometime in the Fall of 2023 despite being rumors of the attraction opening in 2024. On November 1, 2023, Six Flags Over Georgia announced on Twitter that the attraction would open to pass holders and members on November 4, and to the general public on November 5.

Layout[]

Despite being based on the same overall design, the available space at Six Flags Over Georgia will be limited to an installed length of 1124 feet, vs. 1158 feet for the version installed at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
