Lance C. Balk (born 1958) is the General Counsel of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. He was named General Counsel on September 7, 2010.[1]
Balk will retire as General Counsel on February 28, 2020, after which he will serve as a counsel advisor through 2022.[2]
