Rapterra is a launched wing roller coaster at Kings Dominion in Doswell, Virginia.

History[]

The ride was built by Bolliger & Mabillard and opened on March 29, 2025 in the Jungle X-Pedition area of the park, where Volcano: The Blast Coaster once stood. A preview night was held for season passholders on the preceding March 28th. Opened during the park's 50th anniversary, Rapterra is the world's tallest and longest launched wing coaster, measuring 145 feet tall and 3,086 feet long.[1][2]
