The Roaring 20's was a themed area that operated at Knott's Berry Farm from 1975 to 1996.
History[]
The Roaring 20's was developed under the direction of Walter Knott's daughter Marion to replace the Gypsy Camp. Themed after the 1920s culture of Southern California, the area opened on June 6, 1975 with a party attended by 5,000 people.[1][2][3] The area was closed in 1996, when it was replaced by the Boardwalk.[4][5]
