Shark Experience is a marine attraction at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom near Lakeside Pavilion and Seaside Junction. Guests get to go "underwater" as they travel on a moving walkway with a glass dome above them showing the shark habitat. The 300,000-gallon exhibit contains a variety of sharks, exotic fish, and stingray species.
History[]
The attraction was opened in 1992 and was featured in the 2004 film 50 First Dates. It is receiving state-of-the-art audio and visual enhancements in 2023.[1]
