Silver Bullet originated at the State Fair of Texas in Dallas, Texas in 1980, where the ride operated as the "Looping Star". It stayed there until 1983, when it was closed, dismantled, and sent to Jolly Roger Amusement Park in Ocean City, Maryland where it opened in 1984, retaining its former name. It then closed at Jolly Roger after 1985, and was sent to Frontier City.
1986-present: Frontier City[]
Silver Bullet opened at Frontier City in 1986, and was the featured major attraction for that year.
