This Layout Guide is a guide on how Six Flags Wiki should be structured.

Infoboxes

Used to present various statistics and information of a subject. Various Infoboxes can be accessed by clicking "Insert" in the top left in Visual Editor and clicking "Infobox", then choosing the appropriate Infobox from the list.

All information entered in an Infobox must be proper for the article.
Articles should not contain empty Infoboxes. An empty Infobox is defined as one in which no fields can be filled out other than the name of the subject due to limited information. Such Infoboxes should be removed from the article until such time as more information can be added.

Dedication will contain the original dedication speech upon opening of the park, which will be done by using Template:Quote.
History will cover all notable points in a theme park's history.
Attractions will contain a list of all current attractions at the park, under subheadings for each individual area.
Special events will contain all current and former events at the park.
Awards will contain any rewards that the theme park overall has received.
Use in media will contain all usage of the park in movies, TV shows, and other media.
Gallery will contain various images related to the park, including commercials and other videos and images.
Trivia will contain any interesting facts related to the park.
References will only contain a Reflist. To add a Reflist enter {{Reflist}}
See also will contain any interesting related articles to the park.
External links will contain links to external websites associated with the park.

History will cover all notable points in a character's history. Individual periods and major events can receive subsections.
Trivia will cover some various factoids about a character.
Gallery will contain various images related to the character.
References will contain a list of references found throughout the page, and should only contain a reflist.
See also will contain any interesting related articles to the character.
External links will contain several links to different webpages or official social media accounts for the character.

History will contain any notable points in any theme park's history.
Attraction plot will cover the official story details of the attraction.
Experience will cover the full experience of the attraction.
Changes will cover any changes to the attraction.
Awards will contain any awards that the attraction has received
Gallery will contain various images related to the attraction.
Trivia will contain any interesting facts related to the attraction.

See also will contain any interesting related articles to the attraction.
External links will contain several links to different web pages related to the attraction such as its official website.

Sypnopsis will contain a summary of the plot of the show or what the show is.
History will contain any notable points in the show's history.
Characters will contain a list of all the characters in the show.
- The names of actors should not be disclosed unless their name is publicly revealed in an official source (e.g., brief mention in their LinkedIn or park post).
Awards will contain any awards that the show has received.
Gallery will contain various images related to the show.
Trivia will contain interesting facts related to the show.

Biography will be a shortened summary of a person's life or career.
Projects will be a list of Six Flags attractions, shows, etc. that the person has worked on and what their role was.
