Spassburg is a German-themed area at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. It opened with the park on March 14, 1992, and is dedicated to the German heritage of Texas. The area is perhaps most well known for its centerpiece, the joint restaurant and music venue, Sangerfest Halle.

- Bugs' White Water Rapids - A flume ride based off of the cartoon Knighty Knight Bugs, opened in 1998.
- Fender Bender - An old-timey bumper car pavilion, opened with the park in 1992.
- Grand Carousel - A classic carousel, opened with the park in 1992.
- Kinderstein - A mini tea cups ride, opened in 1999.
- SkyScreamer - A Star Flyer swing ride, opened in 2012.
