Spillikin Corners, later known as Spillikin Handcrafters Junction, was an old west-themed area at Six Flags Magic Mountain.
History[]
Spillikin Corners began as a destination of the narrow-guage Grand Centennial Excursion Railroad that opened in 1975 at the back of Magic Mountain, before the park's acquisition by Six Flags Theme Parks.[1][2] The shops and themed village at Spillikin Corners were added in 1977.[3] When the railroad was removed, the shops of Spillikin Handcrafters’ Junction remained. However, the area was eventually closed to make way for the coastal-themed Cyclone Bay, which opened in 1991.[4]
