The Beast is a wooden roller coaster located at Kings Island in Mason, Ohio. Since its opening in 1979, it remains the longest wooden roller coaster in the world.

History[]

The ride was designed and manufactured in house at Kings Island, and opened on April 14, 1979.[1]
