The Factory Floor Arcade is an arcade located in the Boardwalk area of Knott's Berry Farm.

History

The arcade originally opened with the Gypsy Camp area in 1971 as the Thieves Den. At the time, it contained electro-mechanical games, such as MotoPolo, pinball, and Skee-Ball machines.

The arcade was re-themed after the 1974 season and re-opened in 1975 as the Buffalo Nickle Penny Arcade in the Roaring 20's area. It was housed in an expansive space that extended from Lindy's Café to underneath the adjacent dark ride Knott's Bear-y Tales: Journey to the Fair. The arcade was renamed to the Boardwalk Arcade when the area was rethemed into the Boardwalk in 1996. About 5,900 square feet of floor space at the north side of the arcade was ceded to open the world's largest Johnny Rockets in 2006.

In early 2025, the remaining arcade underneath Knott's Bear-y Tales: Return to the Fair was emptied out and the space was renovated. It was soft-opened during the weekend of February 22nd and is scheduled to be officially opened as "The Factory Floor Arcade" on the following May 21st. It takes up about 5,200 square feet, featuring about 70 games and a redemption counter with prizes.
