The The Laughing Dragon Pizza Company is a former restaurant atop the ridge of the Samurai Summit area of Six Flags Magic Mountain. It is passed on the way to Superman: Escape from Krypton.
History[]
The restaurant was originally opened as the Four Winds steak house along with the Magic Mountain park on May 29, 1971.[1] To facilitate access to its hilltop location, the Metro monorail system used to have a stop with stairs to the back of the restaurant.[2] From 2006 to 2008, it served Papa John's pizza.[3][4] It has since closed and only beverage vending machines remain as of March 2023.
Fright Fest[]
The location has been used for special events, such as serving the "Fright Feast with the Willoughby's" buffet during Fright Fest 2012 to 2014.[5][6][7]
Trivia[]
Employees have shared ghost stories about the premises, in which attempts to refurbish and use the location have been met with mysteriously broken furniture.[8][9]
