Unlike the holiday-themed bonanzas at other legacy Cedar Fair parks, Winter Chill Out is a comparatively intimate event involving guided walking tours of the park and its behind-the-scenes activities each February during the winter off-season. Guests are advised to dress warmly.
All tour slots are pre-scheduled and only a limited number of tickets become available each year through a lottery system as they sell out quickly. Tickets that are not purchased within 24 hours of being notified through the lottery become released to the next available applicant selected randomly through the lottery system. Proceeds go towards the A Kid Again charity.[1]
